Meet Matt Eller

Matt Eller, is the proud Owner/Operator of the Chick-fil-A in Kettering. His journey with Chick-fil-A began at a young age, working alongside his father, who owned several Chick-fil-A franchises. While serving as his General Manager, he attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance. Following graduation, he worked as a consultant for the Chick-fil-A corporate office for several years before becoming an Owner/Operator.

Matt joined the Kettering Police Foundation Board in 2018 to demonstrate his strong support for our police officers and first responders who serve the community. Over the past six years, he has proudly contributed to the board's efforts and is committed to ensuring that the Kettering Police Department has the necessary equipment to protect our community effectively. Matt is grateful for the opportunity to serve and looks forward to continuing his work.

Matt enjoys guns and competitive shooting. His beautiful wife, Mindi, and his son, Matty, are the greatest joys of his life. In their free time they enjoy RV camping, dirt biking, beach vacations, family movie nights, and most importantly, spending quality time with their family and friends. They value the Kettering community and cherish the opportunity to serve you.
